Important: ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.
The event attendees must be present at the door along with valid photo identification. If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present a photocopy of their credit card and photo ID to claim your tickets at the event. For security purposes you may black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photo copy. It is highly recommended that you purchase your own ticket. If you purchase more than one ticket, your entire party must be present at registration to enter event. No exceptions will be made!
Please note that you will have to take a print out of the ticket that you will receive from Sulekha.com and show it at the venue to gain access. Any failure to provide proper identification / order printout may result in the denial of admission with no refund.
TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, SULEKHA, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY TICKET HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the venue and talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that event amenities are subject to change and not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: liquor beverage selection, VIP amenities, VIP table amenities, drink lines, pre and post party admission, amount of drink tickets, drink specials, raffle items, giveaways, gifts, express entry, special areas, sponsors, amount of bartenders, celebrity guests, etc.
Ticket Holder agrees and accepts that event will comply with Illinois happy hour law. Per Illinois happy hour law, offering and advertising unlimited alcohol consumption packages is not allowed. To comply with the Illinois happy hour law and safety measures, every attendee will receive six drink tickets upon registration. Additional drink tickets will be available by donating a dollar per drink ticket. Only one drink ticket is required per drink. Rules are subject to change in accordance with Illinois law.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, management shall not be required to issue a refund provided that you are given the right, within twelve months of the date of the original event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket, comparable in price and location, to another similar event as designated by management except as otherwise provided by law.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. Ticket Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, exhibition for which this ticket is issued. Ticket Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize ticket holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Ticket Holder and Ticket Holder’s belongings may be searched on entry. Ticket Holder consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If Ticket Holder elects not to consent to such searches, Ticket Holder may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
