Note:
1. All fields are mandatory. Please note that Registration is not complete until you make an online payment after
completing all entries in the Registration Forms. Please make payments for Solo and Group entries separately.
However, You make make payments for multiple solo entries of the same participant together. For eg., if you child is
participating in both Solo music and Solo dance, you can make a one time payment of $40.00 here.
2. For Solo, the participant pays $20.00 per entry. If you are participating in more than 1 solo, you can make the
payment collectively here.
3. For group participation, each team member pays $10.00 with a minimum of $40.00 per group entry (irrespective of
the # of people in the group).
